Isn't there a fast read area in the Glacmore magic school?
No. Not that I know of. BTW both fast reading areas in DP as well as Dra Syn provide the same speed.

The Library of the Ancients in PV (C2) is fast read 5x. Sit by fireplace.
How do I get to the Library of the Ancients in PV? Haven't found any caves/etc. or other places yet on that map.

fast read and regen area (same place) in wvf
South Redmoon has a fast regen pool in the mine. Go to the door on the immediate left and then click on the room to autowalk there.
