We all know Harvy is a most despicable NPC, always asking for quartz and money in exchange for his short-lived vials.

Don't forget your mm-cape... they let a fluffy loose in Melenis City!
to get to idaloran u need to goto lakeside village with 100gc then goto 528,54 and go down the ladder, make sure you bring ur mm cape =) pay the guy 100gc to get a ticket and travel across the islands to idaloran
